Khan Iliyas Abdulmajeed (born on May 10, 1975) of Jalna, Maharashtra, become the youngest publisher and editor of a Hindi Weekly Newspaper ‘ Barasta Toofan’, at the age of 17 years 11 months and 21 days on May 01, 1993, when the First issue of the Newspaper was published.
