Shevaroys College of Catering and Hotel Administration of Tamil Nadu prepared the biggest Butter Sculpture measuring 20 ft. in height and 7 ft. in width, weighing 5250 kg. The quantity of butter used was 4100 kg. This sculpture was made with the help of the following – 1150 kg iron net, 600 kg bamboo sticks, 200 kg Kada cloth, and threads. 10 students were involved in making this sculpture, and it took 12 hours to complete this feat. This marvelous sculpture work was started at 1 am on February 11, 2010 and completed at 1 pm on February 11, 2010.
