Multicrop Thresher

Madan Lal Kumawat of Sikar, Rajasthan invented a multi-crop thresher. The ‘multi-crop thresher’ is a modified thresher, which was devised by changing the sieves. It has only two bearings, which could be changed easily. It can thresh all crops including peanuts whose shells get stuck inside the machine. Its rpm is higher than conventional threshers and it has double blowers. It consumes less fuel (diesel), which is around 3.5 l/h against 5-6 l/h of conventional threshers. It has a capacity to thresh 15-30 quintals of seeds / hour depending on the crop.
