Ujal Shah (born on October 16, 1973) of Naroda, Ahmedabad, made miniature kites which are attached to a single string. The size of the kites are equal to the size of a two rupee coin. He displayed it on February 27, 2013, at Record Breakers’ Festival held at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra, Noida (U.P.).
