A total of 340 students, 48 teaching and non teaching staff of Nikita Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Nikita International School of Studies, Thekkalur, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu , created a ice stick mosaic measuring 13 meters in length and 6 meters in breadth, in11 hours and 55 minutes, starting at 8:15 am and ending at 8:10 pm on September 5, 2012, at their school premises. The mosaic was made by using 1, 15, 550 ice cream sticks in 3 different colors on the theme ‘Save Power’.
