Regret Iyer (born on September 28, 1950) of Bangalore, Karnataka wrote his first passbook sized, 8 – page, hand – written, Kannada magazine at the age of 19. It consists of editorials, content page, features, poems, cartoons, stories, letters to the editor, neighborhood news, family news, advertisements, statement of ownership forms, and men of the week column. He published 98 issues between 1969 and 1978.
