Mansukh R Prajapati of Rajkot, Gujarat developed an earthen kitchen product, which is a non- stick earthen griddle and has non-stick coating. It gives advantages of non-stick cookware while preserving natural taste of earthen griddles and is a cheaper alternative of metallic non-stick cookware. It costs RS 40-60 (6-9” diameter) and appeared in the market in the year 2003.
